Lightweight Testudo Lite BOGO

The Testudo Lite is nearly identical to the Testudo Gen 2, just lacking its extra mesh padding. The cummerbund fits the carrier closely around your body; more than a one-size-fits-all solution. This distributes weight across your torso more evenly to lighten the load on your shoulders. It is adjustable between male T-shirt sizes Medium to XXXL.

The A2 plate’s design takes advantage of Steel’s edge-to-edge protection to make a cut that protects your vitals while trimming as much weight as possible: Multi-hit capable, edge-to-edge coverage, Level III+ tested, and lighter than even many ceramic plates at 5.5 pounds. 

The A2’s Level III+ rating means that M855/SS109 rounds at speeds of up to 3,000 FPS, as well as AK-47 rounds (7.62x39) and M80 NATO Ball at 2,850 FPS. Due to the strengths of steel, these plates are able to stop several tight groupings of hits from these threats on virtually any place on its surface. This means it is both multi-hit capable and edge-to-edge protecting. Steel is also especially resistant to backface deformation, the plate’s changing shape from the bullet’s impact.
