Shortly after the start of the War on Terror, the U.S. military estimated about a quarter of its preventable battlefield deaths were due to extremity hemorrhage. IFAKs attempt to address that problem.
The Testudo Lite is a body armor plate carrier nearly identical to the Testudo Gen 2, just lacking its extra mesh padding and loop on the MOLLE webbing. The cummerbund fits the carrier closely around your body. This distributes weight across your torso more evenly to lighten the load on your shoulders. It is adjustable between male T-shirt sizes Medium to XXXL.
The Heritage Body Armor Plate was the start of the civilian armor industry ten years ago, distinguished by its robust protection and edge-to-edge protective capabilities. It has been independently tested in accordance with NIJ 0101.06 threat levels through Oregon Ballistics (OBL), and H.P. White Laboratories. This means it is rated to stop 7.62x51 M80 NATO Ball (.308 Winchester) at a velocity of up to 2,780 FPS, and special threat tested to stop 5.56mm M855/SS109 (Green Tip) at a velocity of 2,780 FPS. With this bundle you get two plates for front and back coverage.
The Trauma Pads are a non-newtonian material that absorbs compressive force to mitigate the blunt impact that otherwise causes secondary injuries after an incoming bullet is stopped.
The AR Battle Belt is a modular tactical belt that can be switched between three levels of strength, size and rigidity: a w\aist belt, duty belt, or war belt depending on which of the three included parts you use. Its primary material is Cordura® Nylon, while Velcro® is used to attach the three parts securely, and durable ITW-Nexus buckles are used for each part of the belt. Additionally, featured on the Outer Belt is a covering of PALS webbing for compatibility with MOLLE gear.
The AR IFAK is built with a priority on life-threatening bleeding wounds. It was also recently upgraded with a new, larger pack of hemostatic gauze able to achieve compression in as little as 60 seconds. It also comes furnished with tools necessary for airway maintenance, hypothermia, and more.
The Lower-Back IFAK pouch is a two-piece med kit pouch designed to be worn on the belt in the small of the back. A pull on the Hypalon tab removes the insert from the mounting base, giving you immediate access to your medical kit. Due to the number of items included with the AR IFAK Refill V2, not all items will fit into the LB IFAK pouch.

BATTLE BELT
An adjustable three-piece system, the Battle Belt comes in four sizes and includes a 3-point release safety lock buckle (ITW-Nexus) for maximum security.
- Inner Belt: 1.5” nylon webbing, worn through your belt loops and covered with hook and loop material, allowing it to attach to the Duty Belt.
- Duty Belt: 2” SCUBA webbing that securely holds your standard loadout features, such as a handgun and reloads.
- Outer Belt: 500D Cordura sleeve that slides onto the Duty Belt; it features two rows of PALS webbing for attaching MOLLE-compatible pouches and accessories
