    How long does shipping take?

    Orders typically ship within 5-10 business days, with transit times of 2-5 business days after shipping FedEx or UPS from Phoenix, AZ

    Can I return my order?

    Most products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for store credit or exchange, but must be in new, resalable condition with original tags/labels

    Do you ship to PO boxes or APO addresses?

    Yes to PO boxes (box size up to 32″x20″), but no APO shipping due to BIS and ITAR regulations

    What’s your manufacturing timeframe?

    Manufactured orders, with production time (fabrication) and processing time (shipping preparation) varying based on order volume and materials availability
