Description
The Invictus Gen 2 is our preeminent minimalist carrier. Some prefer the extra padding of the Testudo, but to many, the Invictus Gen 2 is easier to put on, wear, and take off by virtue of its reduced design. The essentials remain in an upgraded form. Better shape. Plus Quick Detach System buckles to make maneuvering in and out of the carrier even easier. We favor 500D Cordura for its balance of flexibility and durability, and that makes up the majority of the carrier. The shoulder straps are made of Hypalon.

Invictus 1
Cummerbund Sizing
The Invictus 1 uses a two-piece hook-and-loop (velcro) cummerbund system — there are no quick-detach buckles. Length is adjusted by repositioning the velcro attachment points on the back plate carrier, which allows the cummerbund to be mounted closer together or further apart to accommodate different torso sizes.
The cummerbund itself also features elastic sections, which allow it to flex under movement and account for the stretched measurement below. The sizing range listed is measured with enough velcro overlap to achieve a solid, secure connection between the cummerbund hook and the plate bag loop — you want several inches of contact, not just a corner of the velcro engaged.

To find your fit: Measure around your torso at navel height. Your measurement should fall comfortably between 36″ and 44″. The 47″ stretched measurement is the elastic at its physical limit — it is not a recommended fit, as the velcro needs meaningful overlap to hold securely under load.
Invictus 2.0 — Medium
Cummerbund Sizing
The Invictus 2.0 Medium uses a shock cord cummerbund with quick-detach (QD) buckles. All length adjustment is made by tightening or loosening the shock cord. The QD attachment points are fixed directly to the front plate bag and cannot be repositioned — unlike the Testudo Gen 3, there is no lateral adjustment at the connection points. If you need more length than the included cord provides, it can be replaced with a longer shock cord.
The front plate bag on the Medium is 14 inches wide.

The Invictus 2.0 Large uses a shock cord cummerbund with quick-detach (QD) buckles. All length adjustment is made by tightening or loosening the shock cord. The QD attachment points are fixed directly to the front plate bag and cannot be repositioned — unlike the Testudo Gen 3, there is no lateral adjustment at the connection points. If you need more length than the included cord provides, it can be replaced with a longer shock cord.
The front plate bag on the Large is 15 inches wide.
