A1 body armor plates are tested to stop .308 rounds at up to 3,000 feet per second and 5.56 (M855, M193) rounds at velocities up to 3,100 FPS. The A1 protects against several hits in a close area. It also provides the same protection on the edges as it does in the center, giving you true edge-to-edge coverage. The FragLock™ coating mitigates fragmentation, deflecting and capturing what otherwise might come toward the user.

The Veritas Lite is tough and fast. It’s made with 500D Cordura, a material we favor for its balance of flexibility and form, and which is not going to tear on you unexpectedly. You can be dragged by your carrier without concern. Many add-ons (such as the Admin Pouch) can be added to it.

The Trauma Pads are made of non-newtonian padding that resists compression and mutes kinetic energy. The armor stops the primary concern when it comes to bullets, penetration, and the Trauma Pads stop the secondary concern, the blunt force energy transfer.

The Multi-Caliber Rifle Magazine Double Pouch accommodates all common rifle magazines and is capable of accommodating 5.56x45 (.223) and 7.62x39 AK magazines. This particular bundle offers this pouch in its double configuration; this means it features two pouches sewn together for easy accessibility. These pouches do accommodate double-stacking (two magazines per pouch); note that the fit will be particularly tight.
