The Armored Republic Weighted Training Plates are constructed from military grade ½” MIL-A 46100 steel plate. These are designed to fit in our AR15 magazine pouches.
Our Miniature Weight Plates weigh in at 1.6lb each and can be used in a plate carrier to fine-tune weight for increased resistance. Alternatively, the weighted plates can be placed into our standard AR15 magazine pouches for training purposes.
Each training plate is coated with the same base coat as all Armored Republic body armor providing protection against the elements, making them water and abrasion-resistant.
