Armored Republic makes all body armor in-house with orders subject to production and processing times. In-stock items typically ship in 5-10 business days, while custom items follow specific lead times. All orders ship FedEx with 2-5 day delivery. Most items can be returned within 30 days if in new condition with original tags, though some products like medical supplies and ceramic armor are non-returnable.

- What does level 3 body armor protect against? The National Institute of Justice (NIJ) protection rating for level 3 body armor is 6x shots of 7.62x51mm @ 2,780 FPS from 51′ away. Some level III plates are considered special threat plates in that in addition to this they will address other common threats. For example, our level 3 Heritage Plate will stop 5.56×45 M855 “green tips” @ 2,750 FPS from a 16″ barrel, while our P2 plates will stop 5.56×45 M193 Ball @ 3,200 FPS.
- The Multi-Rifle Magazine Pouches from Armored Republic accommodate all common rifle magazines in a single, double, or triple magazine pouch, and are capable of accommodating magazines such as 5.56×45 (.223), 7.62×39 AK, or 7.62×51 NATO (.308 Winchester).Secure yet accessible magazine storageEach section can accommodate up to two small rifle magazines or one large rifle magazine. Front-mounted elastic tabs add versatility and additional mounting points for 12-gauge shotgun shells, tourniquets, chem-lights, or other horizontally mounted accessories.Pouches are constructed from genuine 500D Cordura nylon, and retention flaps feature an easy-to-grip Hypalon® pull tab. The removable retention strap allows you to adjust magazine capacity, size, and retention or remove it entirely to run an opened-top configuration.
- Each trauma pad is specially engineered to mitigate blunt force trauma in case your armor takes a round and reduces the amount of back face deformation that could occur, which can mitigate the risk of injury after impact. Designed to be worn in conjunction with and behind your body armor, our Trauma Pads reduce the amount of energy transferred to your body, reducing felt energy through your armor. Compatible with body armor from Armored Republic and most other armor systems and plate carriers.Trauma pads are non-ballistic and offer no increase in ballistic protection.
