Dang good in spite of blem Review by PewPewBrewBrew Verified Purchase

The blem I noticed right away was the straps on the top of the pack are too short to go over the shoulder and allow for this to be attached/detached from the front of your carrier. Not a big deal at all for average use. I only see this being a problem if you are in a situation where you need the pack off but can't remove your carrier. If that's an issue, then you have much bigger problems to address than this little blem. In the product video, Tyler points out the blem involves the side straps as well. If that is the case, I'm doing something wrong. I had no problem with those straps. If you really need the clip-on/off option, there are ways to fix the straps with a little ingenuity. I got the clips to attach to my cummerbund just fine and with a little creative taping, I was able to mount the clips for the top straps to my shoulder pads. Besides that, it weaves on and off the back of my Veritas carrier fast and is a nice bladder hauler with some extra storage. If I undo the zipper to expand the pack I can cram all sorts of stuff in there. It's the perfect "I don't need a big backpack, but I still need some storage" option. I would give this a 3 or 4 due to the shortcomings, but it is way too easy to overlook them or find workarounds for a price like this. Would recommend
Hello Pew,

We appreciate you taking the time to leave your review and for posting your forward thinking!! Your absolutely correct about its storage capability and we use it as a pseudo flat pack on some of our personal carriers around here. Thank you again!

Hydration Pack Blemish Review by Justin Verified Purchase

The quality of the material/stitching is good, and the size of the pack is just right. However the entire attachment system is what is messed up. The video made it sound like it was just the quick attachment/detach method that wasn’t working. I envisioned it to attach to the Molle the way the old school mag pouch Molle attachment system were with the long straps to Webb vertically down the carrier/pack then snap at the bottom of the pack. This however was not the case. There were no snaps on the vertical straps or pouch. I was able to use the quick detachment buckles that they sent to MicGyver the hydration pack to my Testudo plate carrier. It is secure and will work very well just know that you will have to get creative to attach it to your plate carrier. (Posted on 7/17/2019)
It’s a great pouch Review by DannyAR479 Verified Purchase

So I ordered this pouch with the mindset of it being like a condor pouch. You know the pouches, The odd number Molle looping. This pouch actually exceeded my expectations. It fits my carrier like it is supposed to and it evened out the weight distribution. Some obvious cons are that the side buckle straps And buckles aren’t really as they should be like the strap Velcro looping isn’t really in a good spot. And you’d have to purchase the right size hydration bladder. Somethings I’d love to see come out for it would be the side buckle straps redesigned. Some internal attachment ideas like being able to move around the looping on the inside. I love the idea of having that looping but I feel like it’s not something that I’d always like to have inside of the pouch so maybe a removable panel instead and a Velcro hydration pocket instead of the removal cover. One other thing I’d love to see for it would be would be an external molle pouch attachment specifically designed for it.Overall a great addition to my carrier and a great pouch!
