The Testudo is the carrier of choice for a massive coalition of Free Men. Now, we are honored to present its best and newest model, the Gen 3, featuring the Quick-Detach Buckle System.

A cummerbund is great for its precise adjustability; pull it tight to fit you exactly. The downside is that it takes a bit longer to take it off. The QDS fixes that. Pull a cord away from you and the carrier will open on that side for quick removal.

The Testudo Gen 3 is made mostly of 500D Nylon, with bar tacks reinforcing all stress points and PALS webbing covering the outside. MOLLE-compatible webbing for pouches, holsters, and accessories.

The generous padding also prevents chafing, making for an armor setup that’s easy to wear for long periods of time. The adjustable shoulder straps, made of nylon, also help you fit the carrier as the low offset makes the rear plate pocket ride at the proper height.

When choosing your Testudo Gen 3 plate carrier size, please consider if you wear a M/L sized shirt or if you need an XL+ sized shirt and choose your proper size accordingly. The medium size Testudo Gen 3 is made to fit 10x12” sized plates only, whereas the large size Testudo Gen 3 is suited to fit BOTH 10x12" and 11x14” plates. Most users under 6'2" will find the 10x12” size most manageable and sufficient to protect the vitals. We recommend the larger sized 11x14" plates for users 6’2"-3” tall and above.

The A2 is rated Level III+. This means it goes above the NIJ Level III rating. We ensure our armor is capable of stopping 5.56x45 M193, 5.56x45 M855/SS109 at 3,000 FPS as well as AK-47 rounds (7.62x39) and .308 (7.62x51 M80 NATO Ball) at 2,850 FPS.

The A2 is also extremely durable. It takes many hits without compromise. It can be dropped and knocked around without losing power. It also provides the same protection on the edges as it does in the center.

The QD IFAK exterior boasts front and side webbing for easy mounting and immediate access to your tourniquet and features a standard Velcro® patch panel. The mounting panel includes a Trauma Shear retention strap and mounting guides.

Once deployed from the closed position, the pouch folds out into a “middle stage” allowing rapid access to your trauma components. The further expansion releases your tear-away medical platform to full length creating an organized and retained display of your IFAK components. The entire platform can be quickly detached in either compact or expanded form for use anywhere your situation requires.

Durable elastic is spaced and sized according to a wide array of common medical and trauma supplies for easy customization and layout. Sections can be organized for medical situations such as Bleeding, Breathing, and Burns. Constructed from genuine 500D Cordura Nylon, and reinforced with heavy-duty Bar-Tack stitching on all webbing. Includes two MALICE CLIPS® for attaching to your MOLLE-compatible platform.

The Multi-Caliber Double Rifle Magazine Pouch can carry two rifle magazines in two pouches sewn together for easy accessibility. Its size is compatible with magazines of ammo such as 5.56x45 (.223) and 7.62x39 AK. You get two of these with this kit.

The Multi-Caliber Double Pistol Magazine Pouch accommodates all common pistol magazines, in single or double stack form, from .22LR to .50AE and everything in between- even Five-Seven.
